2 Broke Girls, S03E16 – “And The ATM”


Would one million dollars change things for Max and Caroline? Um…yes! And that very question was posed to Max on last night’s episode.

 

Max uses the ATM at the diner and see s her balance is over a million dollars. Everyone is sure the ATM is malfunctioning, but no one else’s account seems wrong. Earl remembers a note from Deke to Max saying “… now she knows what it’s like”.

 

Max grasps the money is real, and Caroline starts to freak out. Deke has given Max a great deal of cash in order to see if it changed his girlfriend. And how did Max return? By going on a senseless spending spree… at the one and only, CVS. She totally showed Deke. Good one, Max! …not!

 

The girls have a moment of realization that they don’t have to work anymore and quit the diner and the cupcake shop. When the finally come to, they realize the money isn’t worth it because it broke up Max and Deke. Max gives the money to Deke and they get back together as a couple.  What’s next for the on-again off-again couple? It’s hard to keep up with these days!
