The CW described “The Hunt” as “an intense wilderness competition” in which twelve teams of two set out in the great outdoors without any food, water or shelter and must “capture each other” to win a cash prize. Castings were held back in April and the contestants have been preparing ever since. It’s unclear how they will get supplies, if the producers will provide incentives like in the movie, etc. but one thing is for sure…The Hunt Is On. The Hunt premieres at July 31st at 9 PM on the CW.
