The Bold Type is almost back, this time for its fourth season. The hit Freeform show follows three best friends: Jane, Sutton and Kat. They live in NYC and work for Scarlett, one of the nation’s biggest fashion magazines.

But when we last saw the girls, Scarlett magazine was going through a big change. Editor-in-chief Jacqueline Carlyle disappeared. And without Jacqueline at the helm, what does that mean for the future of Scarlett?

Elsewhere, the three ladies all had love on the brain. Sutton just found out that Richard had been offered a job in San Francisco. Jane forgave her boyfriend for kissing another girl. And Kat found out that the love of her life, Adena, got a job at Scarlett. Adena wants to get back together, but Kat is determined to focus on herself.

Now, the girls are back and adjusting to the ramifications. And Freeform has released the first look at the new season. Check out the sneak peek here:

And that’s not all. The new season of The Bold Type will feature a special guest: Raven Symone! Raven will plat a new character named Alice. Alice is a successful beauty influencer with millions of followers. And Raven may even appear in a number of episodes this season!
