20th Century Fox has released four new images that tease July 2014’s Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, which begins ten years after Rise of the Planet of the Apes ends. In the film, a growing nation of genetically evolved apes lead by Caesar face off against a band of remaining human survivors of the devastating virus released in the last film. After the collapse of a tenuous peace between the two opposing groups, a war that can end with only one as the dominant species on Earth begins. The film stars Andy Serkis, Gary Oldman, Kirk Acevedo, Keri Russel, and Judy Greer. A trailer for the film is set to release December 18th, 2013.
