The original crew from Glee always knew how to please audiences. New Directions 2.0 is still growing on fans and it’s evident that these fresh Gleeks didn’t get a great send-off. They may have just graduated but everyone’s wondering what’s next for Jake, Marley, Ryder, Unique and Kitty, amongst others. Fear not, die hard Glee fans! The upcoming season of Glee will be in NYC and everyone wants to know what’s up for the new New Directions.

Rumor has it that they’ll be back for an appearance in New York. Ryan Murphy, Glee creator commented recently, “At some point before the show is concluded, we will definitely catch up with those characters again. We really loved all of those actors, and they did a great service to the show.” Ryan goes on to note, “So I think at some point, before we’re done, we’ll see many of them again and find out where they are and check in with them and see how being a part of that glee club legacy affected their lives, as we do with our original characters.” The show is set to have a complete restart after the untimely passing of Corey Monteith. Murphy promises the show will be very YA and different. Apparently a very big event happens on the Season 5 finale that will set the stage for Season 6. Make sure to tune in and catch Glee every week. Fans will be sure to miss the show when it’s over after Season 6.
