Schu is back directing the Glee club. First week’s assignment: Movie Mash Ups. First song, led by Blaine and Brit, is “Shout.”
Storm-stayed, Santana quickly tires of Kurt, Rachel, and Adam. Kurt daydreams of Blaine while watching Moulin Rouge, and Santana calls him on his tears before she starts bashing an absent Brody, revealing the cash and pager she found in his room. Santana suggests that he’s a drug dealer, but Rachel isn’t having it. Kurt quietly sides with Santana.
The guys do a Tom Cruise mash up, while the girls channel the Material Girl. Kitty tries to make nice with Marley, causing Marley to confess that Ryder kissed her. Sensing a Kitty agenda here?
Finn and Arty fool Emma’s parents into giving up her location, which leads to Schu standing outside a window singing “In Your Eyes.” They talk and agree to start from scratch.
Santana confronts Rachel about the pregnancy test, and that leads to a hospital visit that reveals a false alarm. Wonder who the baby daddy would’ve been? Body or Finn?
Jake admits to Ryder’s part in Marley’s Valentine surprise, and then serenades her with “Unchained Melody.” Marley daydreams of Ryder before confessing to kissing him. Does she really want Ryder? Jake storms out.
Finn confesses to Schu he kissed Emma, and begs forgiveness. Yeah right! The Glee club starts to pick up on the tension and assigns them an epic musical feud assignment.
It turns out Brody is a gigolo. Santana tells Finn who beats the crap out of Brody and tells him to stay away from “his future wife.” Rachel knows zip about any of it. Brody moves out and Santana sets up permanent residence.
Finn and Schu face off with an N’Sync/Backstreet feud. Finn apologizes again. Schu is still not hearing it, so Finn quits to become a teacher. Blaine looses to Sue and lands a permanent spot on the Cheerios. Ryder’s online friend disappears when he asks to meet her. Got a feeling we already know who she is.
Next assignment is guilty pleasures. Britt has Kitty on Fondue for Two for some witty, sarcastic banter that reveals Kitty’s guilty pleasure: Spice Girls. Blaine asks Sam if he might have feelings for him, but it turns out his guilty pleasure is Barry Manilow. Are we sure he’s not gay?
Santana and Kurt try to keep Brody’s gigolo secret, but Santana can’t help herself and spills the beans. Rachel confronts Brody, who reveals that Finn beat him up before accusing her of cheating with Finn. Now that they’re thru will we still get to see Brody’s lovely, plastic body?
Marley’s not impressed with Jake’s guilty pleasure: Chris Brown. Blaine’s rendition of “Take a Look at Me Know” reveals his true guilty pleasure is Sam. Sam admits that he knows and he’s okay with it, but definitely not gay.
Rachel thanks Santana for butting in, and the new roomies bust out a little Mama Mia.
Next months scoop: Well there is only five episodes left and we know Cory Monteith (Finn) won’t be in the last two because of personal reasons.
TVLine has stated that Rachel will be singing “Don’t Stop Believing” for her Funny Girl audition.
The rumored theme for Regionals is dreams.
Coach Beiste is back in April. Idina Menzel is also set to reprise her role as Rachel’s birth mom.
