Zoey Johnson is back! The hit Freeform show grown-ish is returning tonight for the second half of its second season.

The dramedy show is a spin-off of the ABC sitcom, Black-ish. Grown-ish follows the oldest Johnson kid, Zoey, as she goes to college. Yara Shahidi stars as Zoey.

When we last left Zoey, she was going through a lot. For one thing, she cheated on her chemistry test and had to face the repercussions. First, academic probation. Next, her dad cut her off and won’t be supporting her financially anymore. But that’s not the only cheating scandal going on. Zoey may not know it yet but her best friend and roommate Ana (played by Francia Raisa) has been hooking up with Zoey’s love interest, Aaron. The episode ends on a cliffhanger, as Aaron talks with Zoey, almost spilling the beans. And it’s clear to her that something is up.

Tonight’s episode is called “You Decide.” To mask her true emotions, Zoey recruits her brother Junior to be her wingman at Titanium for a fun night out, ignoring the drama that is taking place around her. But that backfires when Junior makes an unexpected connection with one of Zoey’s friends and she’s left to face her emotions up front. Meanwhile, Nomi debates giving Paige another chance. Plus, Zoey will finally find out about Aaron and Ana’s relationship. And we know Zoey isn’t the kind of person who can let that go. She’ll definitely be approaching Ana about it, it’ll just be a matter of when.

The episode will feature guest star Marcus Scribner. Scribner will be reprising his role as Black-ish character, Junior.

And there’s even more good news for grown-fish fans! Freeform announced earlier this year that the show has been picked up for a third season. The third season will likely air in 2020.
