Call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me! The popular Disney Channel series, Kim Possible, is making a comeback!

Disney Channel announced that casting has begun for a live action movie inspired by the animated series. The series ran on Disney Channel from 2002 until 2007, making it one of the longest running series in Disney Channel history. Several animated movies accompanying the series also aired on Disney Channel, including “A Sitch in Time” and “Kim Possible: So the Drama”

The announcement was made on Disney Channel’s social media platforms with the caption: “Our favorite crime fighter is returning! Casting has just begun for a live-action Kim Possible Disney Channel Original Movie. Who would you love to see play Kim?”

Kim Possible stared Disney Channel alum Christy Carlson Romano as Kim, and Girl Meets World star Will Friedle as Kim’s best friend and eventual boyfriend, Ron Stoppable. Raven of Raven’s Home and Tahj Mowry of Baby Daddy were also part of the show’s cast. No word yet on if the show’s original cast members will be involved with the new movie.
