On the eve of the season five Pretty Little Liars mid-season finale we’re taking a look at the lives and deaths of our favorite residents of Rosewood. Our favorite young adult series often is laden with surprises…and in honor of some of the most shocking turns yet, we’ve laid out our top five scenarios for those most likely to kill…and be killed.

Those most likely to kill:

Mona kills Hanna – Mona and Hanna often butted heads throughout most of their shared time together. Best friends can often turn into the vilest of enemies. There was that little incident of Mona almost running Hanna over with her car. We wouldn’t be entirely shocked to see Mona trying to finish the job she started and ending this friendship in bloodshed.	Alison kills Noel Kahn –We’ve learned that Alison has dirt on Noel…but it’s still unclear what would have him under her control that much. There has been an abundance of tension between them. Noel has photos of Alison, to boot, and this Gordian knot may only get untangled in death.
Miss Marin kills Linda Tanner – Lieutenant Tanner has a penchant for getting into the middle of the darkest situations in Rosewood…much to the chagrin of many, including Ashley Marin. Miss Marin will go to the furthest of lengths to protect her daughter, as we’ve seen, and herself…we wouldn’t put murder past her.	Emily kills Sydney Driscoll – Emily and Sydney share a complicated and checkered past…hello stolen moments at the pool. Sydney has proved she has no loyalty to anyone, and Emily has more than several reasons to want Sydney to go away. Their emotional back and forth is more than intense…and could drive Emily to murder.
Mike kills Mona – Mike and Mona’s tumultuous back and forth is just one facet of this complicated relationship…but could Mike be put in the middle of his sister and one of the baddest b’s to come to Rosewood? Mona clearly has psychopathic tendencies (anyone who admires the Manhattan Project as much as she does has some issues)…and she knows how to push Mike’s buttons like no one else.

R.I.P…

Toby gets killed by Melissa – Toby and Melissa have that most complicated of relationships…that of sisters. Melissa has been under a lot of pressure lately and Toby’s inquisitive nature hasn’t helped lessen the heat. Melissa has had to deal with a little sister that is often more responsible than she, and the constant, mounting feelings of inadequacy that come with that.  Toby looking for Melissa in London comes to mind. Would Melissa do that unthinkable act? Only time will tell.	Lucas gets killed by Hanna – Lucas and Hanna have spent a lot of time together…but have they gotten too close? After being blackmailed into helping the A-Team, his chances of survival are at an all time low.
Cece Drake gets killed by Noel – Cece is not one to shy away from revealing secrets, and Noel has plenty. Their fates may become inexorably intertwined and result in Noel trying to silence Cece…for good.	Paige gets killed by Jenna – Toby’s stepsister has had a rough go after the prank went awry. Paige was already the target of Mona’s army with the rat incident…and it could have been a small taste of what was to come.
Alison kills herself – Alison has never been one for emotional stability and has caused a lot of trauma and drama amongst her friends and resulted in the deaths of many, including her mom. She may well spiral out as a result…and take her own life.
