Grace – becomes one of the best OBGYN’s at Seattle Grace, taking over where Addison Montgomery left off. |

Adrian – After Mercy died it was hard for her to have another baby, so she goes to Seattle to get help from her friend Grace. Adrian adopts 3 children and ends up giving birth to two. Omar makes a name for himself, making a lot of money for himself and Adrian. He and Adrian move to the suburbs where Adrian opens up a practice for troubled teens. |

Jack – ends up staying home, where he becomes the coach of Grant High School.
Madison – ends up with Jack and they have a dozen kids! |

Lauren – finds herself in New York, nannying for Amy. She waits until she gets married to have sex. |

Ricky – Clementine finds out about the wedding being canceled and shows up at Ricky’s door. They date that summer without any real connection. Ricky breaks it off and realizes that the numbness he felt with Amy was more than any feeling he felt with any other girl. After the summer he heads to NYC and confesses his love to Amy. Amy realizes how much she really loved him even though she said all those things to him. One night Ben hears some weird noises coming from her apartment, when he opens the door he finds one of the lamps shattered on the floor. He gets nervous and enters the bedroom, inside he finds Ricky and Amy consummating their love for each other. Both Amy and Ricky laugh.
They never marry, but Amy and Ricky live happily every after, the same way Ricky reads to John in the book at the end of the show. Ricky stays in NYC and becomes a stay at home dad. |
