SYNOPSIS: You take for granted going to sleep at night, getting up the next day, and remembering everything that happened to you before you closed your eyes. You live and you remember. Me, I live and I forget. But now—now I am remembering. For all of her seventeen years, Molly feels like she’s missed bits and pieces of her life. Now, she’s figuring out why. Now, she’s remembering her own secrets. And in doing so, Molly uncovers the separate life she seems to have led… and the love that she can’t let go. WHY SHOULD YOU CHECK IT OUT? We do, however, wish that the cover hinted any at the plotline. Most of what we’re getting is a girl who might be a bit dangerous or mysterious. Unlike most of the covers we’ve seen lately, this one doesn’t pop the way we’d want it to. Hopefully the story more than makes up for it! This is author Katrina Leno’s debut novel. We’re looking forward to seeing what she can do!
EARLY REVIEWS SAY… The protagonist’s Dissociative Identity Disorder allows her characterization to unfold slowly, the narrative building on short bursts of memories… Molly’s relationship with her other identity, Mabel, is most developed and therefore most interesting.
