With Marcel back in town, Klaus is no longer a lone wolf in New Orleans. But can he truly trust Marcel? Klaus recruits Marcel’s help to rule the French Quarter with him in hopes of winning over the vampires.
It doesn’t take long to realize Marcel is hiding something from Klaus, and Rebekah is in on the secret. It looks like the tides have shifted once again in this constantly changing drama. Klaus and Marcel are now working together after they wiped out the near totality of the human faction, and Elijah and Rebekah have even been given the okay to join them in the mansion. This means Hayley and Elijah can test out their romance. Elsewhere, Davina has gotten wind of how Elijah savagely killed Agnus. She’s on the run from the vampires with Josh, who is most likely at the top of Klaus’s kill list. They decide to seek refuge in Cami’s apartment, which seems quite odd to us!
With Klaus on the throne, his first order of business is trying to make Marcel’s old regime have faith in him. He tells the vampires to go on a werewolf-killing spree to prove that he doesn’t plan on creating more hybrids. Upon hearing that her pack was in danger, Hayley turns to Elijah and Rebekah for help. She needs them to save the werewolves in the bayou. Elijah goes along with the plan because he very obviously loves her. Elijah and Rebekah discover something much more interesting about the pack in the bayou — they’re related to Klaus’s biological father! In fact, one wolf even had a ring similar to Esther’s wrapped around his neck. We wonder if this mean we’re finally going to learn more about Klaus’s other family?
Elijah and Hayley clearly have intense chemistry but also their fair share of romantic turmoil. He is, after all, the baby daddy’s brother. That spells drama for the already-crumbling Mikaelsons.
Klaus opens up to Marcel about his true feelings toward his unborn child. At first, the thought of being a father meant nothing to him but he has come around drastically.
happens once Cami regains her memories from Davina.
We’re looking forward to seeing the Mikaelsons back under one roof. As for Marcel, we’re wary of him. What is he hiding from Klaus? Can’t wait to find out when The Originals returns in 2014!
