Get ready because the Pretty Little Liars are back on June 21st. This will hopefully be the summer of answers we’ve all been waiting for. Freeform announced that they will be showing the last 10 episodes from 11am to 8pm before the premier of the new season.
Here’s the synopsis of the premier:
“Tick-Tock Bitches” After Hanna’s shocking abduction by “Uber A,” the PLLs and company desperately race against the clock to save one of their own. The only way to do this is by handing over evidence of Charlotte’s real murderer to “Uber A.” In order to do so, the girls must decide what blatant lines they are willing to cross that they have never breached before; and once they cross that line, there is no turning back.
There are so many questions still unsolved. Which one are you most excited to see get answered?
There’s excitement to be had, because we just learned that PLL alum Brant Daugherty (Noel Kahn), Drew Van Acker (Jason Dilaurentis), and Tammin Sursok (Jenna Marshall) are all making guest appearances. Noel Kahn is so easy on the eyes, probably my favorite character. So excited he’s back. Swoon!
And although there’s no word yet on how long Jason will stick around, King previously told Entertainment Weekly, “There’s going to be a very awkward family dinner with his aunt and his sister.” So that’s something to look forward to.
There’s also a new sheriff in town. You might remember him from your other favorite teen soap (back in the early 00’s), The O.C.. Nicholas Gonzalez was pool-boy, DJ fooling around with Mischa Barton’s character, Marissa. Oh how I miss The O.C.
Glad to see Nicholas make a comeback, and hopefully without his shirt on again. Nicholas will play Vic Furey, a new detective in charge of overseeing Rosewood Police Department’s open homicides, and hopefully some open shirts.
There’s also talks of a WEDDING? Whoa.
Who would you like to see tie-the-knot? My guess is on Hanna because of her engagement to Jordan Hobart, but if it were up to me I’d love to see Ezria finally do the deed and live happily ever after for all eternity.
Check out the trailer and make sure to tune in on June 21st. It’s going to be a PLL summer hopefully none of us forget.
