The Vampire Diaries, S05E13 – “Total Eclipse of the Heart”


Damon is bad to the bone. But for once he’s using it in a way that’s well, less bad. What do we mean? He’s decided to feed on vamps instead of humans. Oh, and he totally threatened Jeremy, which was a little out of bounds. But we digress. After confronting Wes’s coven, Damon woke up to be injected with a compound that made him desire to eat vamps instead of humans. So it wasn’t a totally voluntary decision on Damon’s part but a decision nonetheless. Katherine tried to win back Stefan by any means possible. She feigned concern about Jeremy and listened to Stefan air his grievances about Damon. Right at the worst possible moment, Caroline walked in on them, making Katherine gleeful and freaking Stefan out. We’ll have to wait a beat to see what happens with these two. In addition to our old favorites, some newbies are joining the crew. Sloan and Liv, two pretty young witches, are sure to spice things up – not that Mystic Falls really needs it. Matt, Tyler and Nadia caught up and reminisced. This was all good times until Matt overheard Nadia’s phone call and realized that Katherine had taken over Elena’s body.
