here is a list of YE’s Top 10 Zac Efron lines
On August 28th, 2015, “We Are Your Friends” starring Zac Efron, Emily Ratajkowski and Wes Bently opens in theaters. Watch the trailer here! Zac Efron stars as Cole Carter, an aspiring DJ finding his place in the world. And one thing is and has always been true about Zac. He knows how to delivery the lines that make us laugh, cry and swoon. The “We Are Your Friends” trailer already has some memorable quotes so we decided to take a stroll back through some of Zac’s best lines the past few years.

“We’ll always be brothers.”
“Promise, through rain or shine, hell or high water?
“I promise.”
Charlie St. Cloud was stuck between a promise to his dead brother and actually living his own life and following the woman he loved. This heartbreaker is a must see.

“You’re the playmaker… not a singer… right?”
“Did you ever think that maybe I could be both?”
Troy Bolton started off in between two worlds, but by the end of High School Musical he had broken the mold and set himself a part as both a performer and a basketball star. In doing this he give everyone permission to truly be themselves.

This was a little awkward seeing as how Mike O’Donnel was saying this fatherly advice to his daughter while in Zac Efron’s body. She found it endearing and ended up hitting on her dad, accidentally. When you think about it too much it’s way gross but also a real laugh out loud moment in the film

“How do you explain something that you can’t even understand yourself?”
Zac’s character in “The Lucky One” was on a journey of self discovery. He couldn’t explain anything but knew he had to keep looking for something bigger.

This on screen and off screen couple kept our hearts constantly wanting more. When Troy made it clear that Gabriella was his priority you couldn’t help but swoon.

“This is cool. This is hip. There’s a picture of Kevin Federline wearing the exact same thing. What are you wearing? You’re supposed to show up like a dad, you look like Clay Aiken”
“17 again” was actually a surprisingly good body swap film .Zac did a fantastic job portraying a father trapped in his high school body. He was funny and sweet but also somewhat out of touch. Note: no one should ever use Kevin Federline as fashion inspiration.

“East High is a place where teachers encouraged us to break the status quo and define ourselves as we choose. Where a jock can cook up a mean crème brulee, and a brainiac can break it down on the dance floor. It’s a place where one person, if it’s the right person, changes us all. High School Musical 3: Senior Year
In the final film of the High School Musical series, everyone has finally embraced exactly who they are. Regular high school standards don’t apply anymore thanks to Troy and he makes it clear with this snippet.

“Hairspray” is so much more than a love story but it doesn’t make Tracy and Link’s relationship any less important. Zac fell for Tracy because of exactly who she was, sending the important message that what’s on the inside matters way more than the outside.

This one is straight from the real Zac. It’s not wonder he’s been able to successfully make the transition from child star to adult star with an attitude like this. There’s too many reasons to love this guy.

The Lucky One might not have been the best film in Zac’s repertoire but it certainly is the sexiest. Logan says a lot of nice things to Beth, but nothing tops this.
