With 2025 inching closer and closer to its conclusion, and 2026 just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to take a trip down memory lane and remember what an incredible year it was in entertainment. As we reflect on this year, Young Entertainment has found and highlighted some of the best Young Adult entertainment content we could find. Whether through films, television shows or music, every genre plays an integral part in the lives of Young Adults, which is why YE wants to celebrate it. So, without further ado, here is YE’s Top 5 Lists of 2025. 

Podcasts make us feel like we are listening to close friends and there were so many relatable ones that shined this year. Here are our top podcasts of 2025:

1. The Escape Pod Podcast

The Escape Pod Podcast, hosted by Alex Azor and Andrew Parker, follows this dynamic duo as they discuss all things relevant in pop culture. From breaking down the fifth and final season of Stranger Things to raving over Netflix’s hit movie KPop Demon Hunters, Alex and Andrew make us all feel like best friends discussing our favorite superheroes, hit shows and movies. And here’s a link to the YouTube channel.

 

2. The Drive-In Movie Podcast

Berkan Dincer and Michael Lee met in college and instantly became best friends and now they are inviting us all into their friendship with their hit podcast, The Drive-In Movie Podcast. After seeing a movie in theaters, Berkan and Michael sit in their car and share their immediate thoughts about the film and their theater experience. When we talked to them earlier this year, they revealed they were inspired to start the podcast after seeing Death of a UnicornAnd here’s a link to the YouTube channel.

3. On Film with Kevin McCarthy

Ever want to hear from the filmmakers themselves of your favorite shows and movies? Kevin McCarthy makes that wish come true with his podcast, On Film with Kevin McCarthy. Kevin creates longer-form cinema interviews that dive into the craft of filmmaking, including acting, directing, editing, composing and so much more! 4. The Young Entertainment Podcast

If you’ve ever wanted to find a podcast where you can learn from young stars themselves, you can find it right here with our very own Young Entertainment Podcast! The weekly podcast is hosted by Young Entertainment’s founder Mordechai and our incredibly talented leader behind masterclass moments and an actress herself, Daniella. Since starting the podcast earlier this year, we have reflected back on some of our favorite tv shows and movies, delivered some of the best tips for aspiring actors, and heard from some of the biggest rising stars including Mason Thames, Ginny & Georgia creator Sarah Lampert, Benjamin Norris, and more. And here’s a link to the YouTube channel.

5. Jenks, You Owe Me a Soda

Jenks, You Owe Me a Soda Podcast features interviews and chats with actors and content creators, talking all things pop culture over a caffeinated beverage.
