Twisted S01E17 “You’re a Good Man Charlie McBride”

Danny and Charlie square off.

Lacey is upset over Danny so Whitney invites her to a club in NYC so that the pair can blow off some steam.  What better way to do that than sneak into a club underage and get hit on by a bunch of Wall Street creeps.  Both Lacey and Whitney have their own unique ways of ruining their prospects; Lacey blurts out that she in high school whilst Whitney calls one of the guys’ wife to let her know what her husband is up to.  Ever the live-wire, she later starts kissing on Lacey.  Not sure that works as a deterrent to creepy guys, but moving swiftly on.

Danny, keen for some drama, decides to confront first Charlie, then Jo, about all the mess talking that has been done behind his back.  Later, Danny and Jo argue very loudly in the middle of the street about Danny killing his dad, and Charlie overhears (as if he needed more ammunition).  Charlie promises not to say anything.  Later, Jo goes on a date with Charlie who confesses a little about his background: he was in juvie with Danny because he stole a car, and later he was in foster care. Danny decides to goad Charlie by searching through his stuff to find his lost photo of the trio. I can’t BELIEVE Charlie stole a photo like that.  Danny texts him a picture of it so that Charlie knows he’s busted. They have a fight about it afterwards and as Charlie knows that Danny killed his dad, Danny should probably just shut up about the photo already because Charlie threatens to tell the police about Vikram.

Meanwhile, Kyle steals a discarded soda bottle to compare Jack’s DNA to the one found on Vikram’s car. Tess continues the search for the child she gave up, after she has reassured Karen that she did not have an affair with Vikram – he merely helped her to put her child up for adoption. Tess is looking for the adoption papers, and Karen helps her to find them amongst Vikram’s stuff. Karen then goes to Jack’s place and accuses him of killing Vikram and hiding the body.  He’s shocked and puzzled about the DNA discovery and throws Karen out.  Charlie goes back to Jo after his argument with Danny and the two start making out.  Is it for real between the two of them?  Tune in next week to find out!
