Jo’s not too thrilled when Danny tells her he came clean to Karen

This week episode begins with Karen’s shock that Danny is responsible for Vik’s death, but she stands by him like any responsible (?!) mother would; Vikram got what was coming to him.  Since she claims to not have had a part in moving the body, suspicions turn to Jack, who she thinks would be willing to do anything for her. Danny goes to see Jo; he tells her about the conversation with Karen and how they might not have to worry anymore since neither she nor Jack would do anything to get them in trouble. Nevertheless, Jo wants some space from Danny.  Jo, wanting to get more out of high school, runs for student body president the day before the candidate speeches are to be given at a school assembly and Charlie agrees to help her, against Andie. Meanwhile Danny tries to make amends with Lacie for being distant, and she forgives him when he tells her that he saw Vik the night he died and that the two had a fight before the car accident.

Meanwhile, Danny cheats on his history exam and uses his new found money to bribe the teacher for an A.  Meanwhile Rico chews out Jo for deciding to run for president just because she was looking for a way to embellish her college application.    When the speeches come around, Jo decides to pleads Andie’s case and gets crucial support for her. That night, Danny and Lacey go out on a date but a disgruntled Lacey discovers that she got a B on the exam that Danny cheated on and got an A, and she’s not happy about him throwing his money around.  When she presses him on what happened again, Danny admits to killing Vikram, but Lacey is more upset at the fact that Jo knew and they have both been lying to her; she thinks Danny has feelings for Jo.

Andie wins Class President, and Kyle informs Tess that he wants to help her find her first child.  Jo runs into Charlie in town and when she starts talking about Danny, Charlie that Danny told him in prison that when he was released, he was going to kill his father.
