If you’re a Switched at Birth fan, you may know young actress B.K. Cannon for her role as Mary Beth on the ABC Family show. But when she’s not paling around with Bay and Travis on Switched at Birth, the Hawaii native is now based out of LA, and she is busy busy busy taking over Hollywood one fun quirky role at a time.

Most recently, she’s guested on multi-hyphenate Mindy Kaling’s The Mindy Project, but in the past she’s guested on just about everything else including Glee and Grey’s Anatomy. She also has a prominent role in the Yahoo series Sin City Saints. Streaming now, Sin City Saints is a comedy about the bumpy beginnings of a fictional NBA team in Las Vegas starring Malin Ackerman.

But what YE is really excited for is B.K.’s recent guest spot on another ABC Family show, Young and Hungry. Y&H returned to Wednesdays on August 19th with B.K. cooking up some fun with Gabi and Josh. Maybe hopefully please please please this could turn into a recurring gig for B.K? Fingers crossed!!! But whether it’s on Young and Hungry or playing Mary Beth on Switched at Birth, we can’t wait to see where this exciting young actor’s career takes her next!
