1. The 100

The first season of The 100 draws to a close with things on Earth getting even more intense. Clarke tries to plead with Bellamy, and Bellamy puts pressure on Octavia, The Ark happenings unfold in a totally unexpected way, and we’re sure to see something amazing from Finn. Thankfully, the show has been picked up for a second season.

 

2. Faking It

Another Finale we’re looking we’re looking forward to is the season one wrap up of Faking It, a show that is changing TV as we know it. Drama abounds with Shane, Amy, Liam, Karma and the rest of the crew in the wake of dating revelations, bridal showers and more. We’ll have to wait until season 2 to see how it turns out.

 

3. Pretty Little Liars

Things with Ali and A hit the ground running in the summer premiere of one of our favorite series. Pretty Little Liars returns where we left off, with all of the action, tension and questions amped up to a new level.

 

4. Chasing Life

Chasing Life premieres and is sure to be one of our favorite new shows. ABC Family is killing it right now and ironically Chasing Life is confronts death head on. The show is adapted from a popular telenovela and will walk that line of comedy and drama we love so much.

 

5. Imogen Heap – Sparks

An album that’s been in the works for the better part of 5 years, Sparks is the newest effort from powerhouse Imogen Heap. The album is sure to be filled with tracks that will be featured in movies and TV shows for years to come.

 

6. Lies My Girlfriend Told Me

Lies My Girlfriend Told Me recalls the best parts of Pretty Little Liars and takes certain elements to the next level. We’ve loved Julie Anne Peters for years and her newest effort pushes the envelope in a major way.

 

7. Don’t You Forget About Me

Described as Steven King meets Tuck Everlasting, Don’t You Forget About Me will stay with you long after you finish the read. Kate Quinn is a young new talent to pay attention to…you won’t forget her anytime soon.

 

8. 22 Jump Street

The boys are back and bigger than ever. The beloved comedic duo takes the hijinks to college and beyond in this side-splitting blockbuster that’s sure to rock the box office for the rest of summer.

 

9. Born of Deception

The newest supernatural series that will take the literary world by storm, Born of Deception is an amazing new historical suspense novel by Teri Brown. Take a tour through Jazz Age London with this new stunning novel.

 

10. Inland

Inland has more twists and turns than a labyrinth and we love it for that. The newest effort from Kat Rosenfield, this novel crosses the country and takes you on a journey of tension and suspense.
