One of the busiest and most in demand names in the world of Young Adult fiction, Maggie Stiefvater remains at the forefront when it comes to breathtaking works of fantasy, the supernatural and beyond. We had the distinct pleasure of talking with the young and illustrious author about her Raven Cycle series when it just started, and now the latest installment, Blue Lily, Lily Blue is being published next month.
As Maggie says on her site, she is “revoltingly pleased to be able to share an excerpt” from the book, and fans of the series should be further elated to know that film rights have already been snatched up, so more on that soon. And of course, we also can’t wait for news to come down the pike on her super successful titles Shiver and The Scorpio Races, which are both optioned as well and in even more advanced stages of development. We can’t wait to see Ms. Stiefvater’s world come to life!
