9. Melissa Hastings
She was actually more annoying than anything else, but she had a lot of answers and once in a while she was sweet to our endlessly high-strung and stressed out beauty, Spencer. She’ll be back though. She’ll always be back with more unanswered questions, that had she answered a long time ago would have helped everyone involved.

His time in Rosewood was short lived but not forgotten. His brief stint on PLL is a true tragedy. He was so hot, so good at martial arts, protective, sensitive and totally age appropriate for Aria. Why didn’t this work out again?

So many unanswered questions! Why did you leave us so soon? Her screen time was often minimal but so revealing. We definitely miss her creepy stare and all the secrets behind her eyes. Someone better not forgot to explain why she buried her own daughter (accidently) alive. We haven’t forgotten.

Noel was such an enigma, a bad boy with a baby face, who sometimes helped the liars, but mostly caused a lot of drama. Either way, we definitely miss being confused by him and his puppy dog eyes.

Yes, it’s been quite a while since she’s come around, in a flashback or not, but she was so great. She was a cool, edgy romantic, who brought out the absolute best in Emily. Watching their relationship blossom is still a PLL series highlight.

Who doesn’t miss Jenna’s foreboding presence? Every time she walked into a room it went cold and the air dry. She knows how to command attention blind or with her sight. She’s one of the most interesting characters to grace Rosewood with her presence. Hopefully we haven’t seen the last of her.
