Top 5 Men of The 100

We’ve been loving The 100 lately. It’s one of the best breakout shows of the fall and it has real-life stakes and tension. One of our favorite parts of the show (besides all the scary drama) is seeing all the new up and comers. This week we’re breaking down our top five favorite guys

Bobby Morley – Bellamy Blake

Bobby Morley

Bob Morley is an Australian actor whom is part Filipino. He has two sisters and on brother. On his character, Morley has been quoted saying “Bellamy rises to power quickly…He kind of asserts himself amongst the hundred and takes on a leadership role which he probably isn’t completely prepared for. But with the responsibilities of looking after everyone, there are a lot of problems that occur as well.” We can’t wait to see how he handles the responsibility.

Thomas McDonell – Finn Collins

Thomas McDonell

Thomas McDonell is a true multi-hypenate. He’s an actor, a musician and an artist. Interestingly, he costarred along with Aimee Teegarden who is on the main competitor show to the 100, Star-Crossed, in the movie Prom. On The 100 he plays Finn, a delinquent, restless bad boy sure to set girls swooning both on the The Ark and on Earth.

Richard Harmon – John Murphy

 Richard Harmon

Richard Harmon is a Canadian actor and producer. He started acting as a young child and has steadily worked ever since. He likes Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones. On the show he plays John Murphy aka Murphy whom is one of the Delinquents in The 100. He used to be one of Bellamy’s thugs, but his place was later eliminated after being banished. We’re sure bigger forms of retaliation are yet to come.

Devon Bostick – Jasper
Devon Bostick

Another Canadian on our list, Devon is best known for his role in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies prior to his stint on The 100. His character in The 100, Jasper, struggles with PTSD after a more than near-death experience. and he gives a many layered and nuanced performance. An interesting tidbit is that he originally auditioned for Monty but the producers liked him so much they called him in for Jasper.

Rhys Ward – Atom

Rhys Ward

It may seem like we’re skewing Canadian on this…but our final fresh face is also from Canada! Although he hasn’t had as extensive a career as some of the other stars on The 100, days after getting the role, he was cast alongside Ally Sheedy starring in the independent feature film titled, “Criminal Seduction.” Although he’s no longer on the show as he was the first delinquent to be mercy killed, he’ll stay in our hearts.
