Top Ten Things to Be Excited About This Week
1. Teen Wolf

At the end of last season we saw a death an exit that left us eagerly anticipating the return of season 4. After a long wait, it’s finally back an with a bigger bite than ever. The first ep of the season takes place in Mexico and we’ll see everyone reacting to their grief in different ways over the course of the first couple of episodes. Don’t miss it!

 

2. Transformers 4: The Age of Extinction

This franchise is truly unstoppable. Transformers 4: The Age of Extinction is the newest one in the series and is sure to make a real killing at the box office. Nicola Peltz gets to stretch her feature chops in this one, alongside Mark Wahlberg, Kelsey Grammer and more.


3. Young & Hungry

With a tag line like “Believe in Your Selfie” how can you not love this show already? Emily Osment starts as a young tech entrepreneur in the newest ABC Family show that’s sure to occupy DVR space all summer long. Ashley Tisdale produces.

The Stepsister’s Tale takes a new look at a beloved story in a similar way to Wicked as it reexamines the Wizard of Oz. This stunning page turner will have everyone buzzing and reading all summer long.

 

5. Mystery Girls

In one of the most anticipated reunions of the summer, Mystery Girls follows Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth as they try their hand out at “detectiving.” The show is already garnering rave reviews, and with talent like this it’s easy to see why.

 

6. Maid of Secrets

The first book in the hotly tracked Maids of Honor series, Jennifer McGowan weaves together a compelling tale of royalty, coming of age, crime and running for your life. This one will have you turning pages long into the night, especially for fans of period fiction.

 

7. Trigga – Trey Songz
This new album, the sixth studio album for Trey Songz, has been a long time coming. He recorded over 60 songs in the process and now it’s finally ready to drop, with the best of the bunch comprising the track list. This will be on charts well into the summer and fall.
