The most beloved, fashionable, and rebellious Disney villain is back! Disney just dropped a new trailer and poster for the upcoming live-action movie Cruella! Cruella will be premiering on May 28th simultaneously in theatres and Disney+ with premier access.

In the trailer we are able to see Estella as she turns into the unapologetic woman and villain we all know, Cruella. We witness the ambitious woman try to dominate the fashion world. This as she faces the Baroness von Hellman, a cut throat fashion mogul. Cruella is not one to follow society’s standards in the trailer. She crashes a party and creates a scene. And as she would like to remind us all “doing it in heels.” The fashion is also a major part of the trailer. We see many of her powerful statements throughout. One moment in particular when she catches her cloak on fire revealing a fabulous red dress. 

The synopsis for the movie reads “Cruella, which is set in 1970s London amidst the punk rock revolution, follows a young grifter named Estella, a clever and creative girl determined to make a name for herself with her designs. She befriends a pair of young thieves who appreciate her appetite for mischief. And together they are able to build a life for themselves on the London streets. One day, Estella’s flair for fashion catches the eye of the Baroness von Hellman… A fashion legend who is devastatingly chic and terrifyingly haute. But their relationship sets in motion a course of events and revelations that will cause Estella to embrace her wicked side… And become the raucous, fashionable and revenge-bent Cruella.” 

“Cruella” stars Academy Award winners Emma Stone and Emma Thompson as Cruella and Baroness Von Hellman, and is directed by Craig Gillespie.

The film is sure to be a smashing success! Make sure to watch it when it premieres on May 28th.
