DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES: trailer


The official trailer for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes has released and we love it, but we think it could use more apes.

The film, which takes place a decade after Rise of the Planet of the Apes, pits the genetically evolved apes led by Caesar against a band of humans that survived the devastating virus that wiped out much of the world’s human population. A fragile peace is reached, but soon crumbles, bringing the two opposing groups to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.

Starring Gary Oldman, Keri Russell, Andy Serkis, Jason Clarke, and Judy Greer, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes will hit theaters July 11, 2014. And, if you missed it before, check out the Warrior ape posters released last week!
