The votes are in and round 2 of March Madness is ready to commence! If you aren’t aware, Young Entertainment is holding its very own March Madness tournament, with a twist. We compiled a list of this year’s best couples from film and television and put them head-to-head to see who is this year’s best couple. It is a March Madness tradition for fans to create their own bracket and predict what teams will move forward in the competition, so follow along or try to guess which couples will win!

Which couples made it into round 2? It’s time to find out!

Victor and Benji – Love Victor vs. Seb and Carlos – HSMTMTS

How will this one be decided? While at a crossroads, Victor and Benji have been through it all from coming out as an openly gay couple to opening up about drug addiction. It seems the two always find their way back to another, though. Seb and Carlos set a new standard at East High for being one of the only out couples at their school. Also, they sing songs for each other. It doesn’t get much cuter than that.

Betty and Archie – Riverdale vs. Sarah Cameron and John B – Outer Banks

Two picture-perfect couples. One must be chosen. From being childhood best friends to fighting crime to dating other people, Betty and Archie wouldn’t be the couple they are today if it wasn’t for the obstacles they have gone through. Even with death, destruction, and mystery, the two are finally together. On the other hand, John B would do anything for Sarah, his love for her is evident.

MJ and Peter Parker – Spiderman 3 vs. Her and Him – Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well”

“And I know it’s long gone and there was nothing else I could do/And I forget about you long enough to forget why I needed to”

Okay, the lyrics from “All Too Well” may even apply to MJ and Peter Parker. Excuse us while we go sob. MJ and Peter fell in love after the second Spider-Man film in the trilogy when she figured out Peter was indeed Spider-Man. No Way Home left audiences with heartbreak. MJ figured out who Spider-Man was once..could she do it again? Her and Him had some major blowups in “All Too Well,” the highs the two had together were enough to forget the bad.

Lara and Peter – to all the boys always and forever vs. Devi and Paxton – Never Have I Ever

Okay, this is too cute to choose. Lara and Peter from To All The Boys Always and Forever have had three movies worth of their ups and downs, but Devi has been in love with Paxton since the 3rd grade. Their relationship started out as a friendship first and turned into something more later.

Big Red and Ashlyn – HSMTMTS vs. Lili and Ola – Sex Education

Red means Love! At least, it does to Big Red. Big Red and Ashlyn are the quirky yet passionate couple the world didn’t know they needed. Lili and Ola might be even more quirky. This pair explored new territory in Sex Education. The two go through a bit of a learning curve when they first kiss but are stronger than ever by the end of season 3.

Deja and Malik – This is Us vs. Cheryl and Toni – Riverdale

Deja and Malik get major screen time in season 6 of This Is Us. The two are stronger than ever when Deja goes to visit Malik at Harvard, but will the obstacles they have to face hurt them or help them? Then there are the queens Cheryl and Toni or “Choni” who had a friendship turned whirlwind romance. Despite Cheryl’s initial distaste for Southside Serpents, she found her way to the dark side. Who is the better couple?

Rue and Jules – Euphoria vs. Tony and Maria – West Side Story

This is near impossible. Starting from the beginning, Rue was memorized by Jules. In season 2, the pair finally get to explore a relationship, but does Rue’s addiction ruin it all? Then there is the classic, Tony and Maria. The two come from opposite parts of the world and found their way to one another.

Max and Audry and Aki – Gossip Girl vs. Usnavi and Vanessa – In the Heights

The final head-to-head. Max and Audrey and Aki decided to take their hand at a triad..or throuple. Can it work? Next are Usnavi and Vanessa who are old friends that have always had a spark for one another. Their back and forth game of who will make the first move finally ends when Usnavi shows his true feelings for Vanessa by staying in New York and starting his life with her.
