From ‘Maid in Manhattan’ to ‘Teen Wolf’

23-year-old Tyler Posey aka ‘Scott McCall’ is one of the hottest stars around right now. ‘Teen Wolf’ is firing through it’s fifth season.  Tyler has been nominated for his work with four Teen Choice Awards and went home with one in 2012 with Choice Summer TV Star: Male. He’s also making the move to movies with teen flicks, ‘Yoga Hosers’ and ‘Taco Shop.’ And when he’s not acting he gets to join his favorite band on stage for fun. He’s basically living the dream nowadays.

In honor of how awesome he’s become, YE wants to take you back to his early days for this #throwbackthursday. In 2002 at the ripe age of eleven, Tyler starred along side Jennifer Lopez in the romantic comedy, ‘Maid in Manhattan.’ He was cast as her son Ty Ventura. This was his first role in a feature film but not his last. ‘Maid in Manhattan’ did Tyler well. He’s worked steadily since the film and even recently reunited with his onscreen mom at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards, which he was also hosting.
