Each week, an accomplished published author takes over the YEM Twitter account for Thursday’s Twitter Takeover. Each week, the YA author will answer questions, tell stories, and give advice on our social media. This week young adult author V.S. Santoni will be taking over our Twitter account.

V.S. Santoni is a Latinx, gay, nonbinary guy who spends way too much time daydreaming. When he isn’t thinking up queer dreampunk stories and scouring YouTube for retro-anime movies, he’s sobbing to sad, old punk songs with his best friend, a Chihuahua named Darla. He lives in Nashville with his husband

Santoni is the author of I Am A Gay Wizard. The book follows two friends who dabble in magic a little bit as a lark on a summer break. They didn’t mean to cause an earthquake, but it gets them noticed nonetheless; noticed by a group called the Marduk Institute. The book is coming out this October.
