We recently had the pleasure of talking with actor-musician Shane Harper about his upcoming TV project Happyland, which we are very excited about. One of his phenomenal co-stars is none other than Katherine McNamara, whom we caught up with a while back about a whole slew of other activity. We are so thrilled to see her turn up here!
Happyland is a series which follows in the footsteps of astute and funny films like Adventureland and last year’s The Way Way Back, which all utilize a theme/summer/fun park as the setting for the action. Katherine plays a character named Harper Munroe, and we’re excited to see how she fits in to the theme park family. Also upcoming for the actress is the role of Becky Thatcher in the interesting update in YA adventure film, Tom Sawyer & Huck Finn.
