1. Sad Songs in a Hotel Room by Joshua Bassett

The six-track EP that Bassett released on September 23 explores shattered relationships and lingering recollections. Bassett considers moments spent with a lover in a hotel room and the contrast of being alone in the exact location a year later in the title song, Sad Songs in a Hotel Room. 2. HSMTMTS – Season 3

 

The third season of the Disney+ television series High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’ soundtrack CD, titled High School Musical: The Musical: The Series (Original Soundtrack/Season 3), was published on September 15, 2022, one day after the season finale. Released on July 15, 2022, Sabrina Carpenters’ album Emails I Can’t read is labeled as her most sincere and intimate one to date. Sabrina added that it was an album that also represented her most authentic self.

4. Midnights by Taylor Swift

On October 21, superstar Taylor Swift released Midnights. Critics describe the album as a collection of late-night songs that takes the listener through terrifying nightmares and delightful dreams. The 13 songs featured on the album are also an autobiography of the singer’s life.

5. Harrys House by Harry Styles

In this 13-track list album released on May 20 by One Direction alum Harry Styles, Hosono House, an album by the legendary Japanese artist Haruomi Hosono in 1973, served as inspiration for Harry’s House
