When we last left Max and Caroline, they were tirelessly trying to make their cupcake shop dreams come true. They get an opportunity to have a pop up shop in the back of the diner. That night, a legendary British rock star dies in front of the store, bringing them lots of visitors as his fans congregate there the next night. OMG! The girls are really doing it! Cupcakes are going out the door faster than the girls could ever imagine. But at what cost? Their boss, Hal, is starting to get upset that the girls’ cupcakes are getting so much attention.
With Hal on their case, the girls look elsewhere to get the business started. They learn about some diner customers who have successfully funded an improbable business venture through Kickstarter. Caroline decides to use it to raise money for some new clothes. This causes tension with Max and leads to a rift between the two.
Meanwhile, Max and Caroline temporarily take in a stray cat, only to learn after releasing it that someone else has been looking for it. As the girls further their business, they get a cappuccino machine for their business, but their inability to operate it leads them to get a job at Starbucks.
After Max and Caroline see the success of cronuts, they fear that they may displace cupcakes in popularity. The girls attempt to add them to their cupcake shop’s product line. Keep tuning in to see how Caroline and Max continue to build their cupcake business. Do you think they’ll make it?
