Hole in your heart since SMALLVILLE ended? Never fear, ARROW is here. Based on the popular DC comic, Stephen Amell stars as billionaire playboy Oliver Queen.  Queen was missing and thought dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island. He must reconcile the experiences he had on the island with the changes he’s undergone and hide the truth about the man he’s become. ARROW is a fast-paced origin story in the vein of BATMAN BEGINS.  Unlike Batman, however, this hero uses lethal force. The upped stakes ensure built in tension and excitement. Intense fight scenes, amazing production value, and dark, twisted storylines are to be expected. ARROW is in good hands with Marc Guggenheim and Greg Berlanti (current masters of translating comics to screens).

Highlights: Willa Holland hasn’t had enough exposure since The OC, IMHO. She brings beauty, sophistication and sex appeal to her role as Thea Queen. Stephen Amell isn’t bad to look at, either.
