The tale is about an insecure evil mastermind named Dr. Horrible, the girl he secretly loves, Penny, and his arch nemesis, Captain Hammer. Sure you can watch it on the Internet, but it’s SO much better on TV. Stars Neil Patrick Harris as Dr. Horrible, Felicia Day and Nathan Fillion.
