The Blind Auditions continued this week and the judges are clearly back to duke it out. The competition is fierce and the judges comments’ are even more heated between each other. The arguments have been the same since the series started, with Adam pointing out Blake’s salesman tactics and Blake doing the same in return. Blake throws out the Nashville and Miranda card more often than not, while Shakira uses the strong female ticket more than we’d like to admit. It seems like Usher is staying out of the drama and really focusing on the talent. He’s waited until the last note of the song to turn his chair frequently this season. It’s fun to watch these uber celebs interact and fight it out for the competition.

That reminds us…onto the competition! Some stand outs this week included Megan Ruger, an 80’s rocker with Patsy Cline flair. She had a solid performance with one of our favorite Pink songs ever– Just Like a Pill. Megan will be back to belt it out for Team Blake this season. Another sure to be star is Stevie Jo from Tyler, Texas. With boyish looks, he belted and crooned Usher’s “There Goes My Baby” to stunned coaches. After Usher turned his chair, the other coaches seemed reticent to turn doubting they’d win against Usher.  The talent is really stacking up this year and it’s going to be a bitter battle until the end. One thing’s for sure, the coaches will continue to fight for the best and keep the show awesome.
