Emma and Regina team up to search for the Wicked Witch of The West after they find out that she’s responsible for the second curse that brought everyone back to Storybrooke. Two worlds collide as we take a look at a new theme for the show, defeating one’s own fear.
In flashbacks and real life segments, Charming portrays various battles where he must conquer his prevailing enemy, his own fears. From the fear of having a new baby with Snow to the dread of letting down his daughter, Emma, there are many deep, dark and insightful moments on this week’s episode. We are also introduced to Rapunzel, who must face a fright about being queen of her own land so that she can leaver her tower. Everyone is capable of overcoming obstacles if they look within themselves and face their own fears. This is portrayed in many eloquent, imaginative ways in The Tower.
