Our Music Video Pick of the Week

I Wanna Get Better by the Bleachers is on repeat over here, with good reason. Bleachers is Jack Antonoff’s solo project and the first video was directed by his girlfriend, Lena Dunham. The song itself is sonically reflects a wide emotional range while still being uplifting despite heavy themes. As for the video, it showcases a color palette that Dunham has become known for, that is a kind of muted palette. The things discussed in the therapy sessions shown seem straight out of an episode of Girls and we’re kind of loving the synergy. If you look closely, there’s also a cameo of Dunham’s dog, Lamby. Check out the video and tweet us #Bleachers thoughts @YAmzine!
