Emma Roberts to star in drama ‘Now I See You’

Abby McDonald wrote the script, adapting the memoir Now I See You by Nicole Kear.

Kear was a senior at Yale when she learned that she had only a few years before completely losing her vision. She then set out to make the most of the eyesight she has left but even as her world becomes blurrier, one thing becomes clear: she can’t win the battle against blindness. Learning lessons in courage and hope, she begins to come to terms with her loss, finding true love and success of which she had dreamed.

Roberts starred in Ryan Murphy’s horror show Scream Queens and last starred in the thriller Nerve with Dave Franco. She has several movies in post-production, among them The Billionaire Boys Club with Taron Egerton.
