iHeart Radio Music Awards Results


Shakira performs at the iHeartRadio Music AwardsThe first ever iHeart Radio Music Awards on Thursday at L.A’s Shrine Auditorium turned out to be a huge success. With musicians from all genres including rockers, rappers, country stars, and more, the night went off without a hitch.

Performers included Ariana Grande, Shakira, Pitbull, Ed Sheeran and Blake Shelton, amongst many others. One extra special part of the night was the debut of the new Michael Jackson single “Love Never Rihanna at the iHeartRadio Music AwardsFelt So Good,” which was presented by the fabulous, dancing Usher. The song, featured on the upcoming posthumous album “Xscape,” is available for purchase online and they’ll even be debuting a duet version, featuring Justin Timberlake. It’s sure to be a summer jam!

If you read our article recently ‘The Predictions Are In’, you’ll notice we were right on the money on more than a few categories. As we predicted, the amazing Rihanna took home Artist of the Year, a perfect award for the biggest thing in music right now.  Lorde took home Best New Artist, an obvious win for the newest star.  Going three for three, Miley, as we predicted, took home Best Lyrics for ‘Wrecking Ball.”  The evening was truly an awesome experience and next year’s will undoubtedly be even better.
