ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
An only child of divorced parents, journalist Katherine Marsh spent a lot of her youth reading, trading stories with her grandmother who had run a bar in New York, and talking to Truman Capote and other dead New Yorkers on a Ouija Board. After surviving high school and graduating from Yale, Katherine became a teacher and then a journalist. Formerly the deputy editor of The New Republic and contributing editor at Rolling Stone, her work has also appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Los Angeles Times. Katherine has been published in twelve different countries, including Japan, France, Germany and The Netherlands.
