The first trailer for upcoming 2014 film Jupiter Ascending has been released. From the creators of the Matrix trilogy, the film stars Mila Kunis as Jupiter Jones, a human who has lived an ordinary and dreary life only to find out that her destiny is anything but. When Caine (Channing Tatum), a genetically engineered ex-military fighter, arrives on earth and to rescue her from a near assassination by the Queen of the Universe, Jupiter learns that her genetic signature marks her for greatness and threatens the end of the Queen’s reign.

Not only does Jupiter Ascending showcase Tatum and Kunis in roles very different than what they’re known for, it promises to be one of the big, action-packed blockbusters of next summer.
