Time to say goodbye to ‘PLL’

As the Pretty Little Liars wraps up yet another season with a jaw-dropping finale, this one really put the cast on an emotional roller-coaster.  Remembering the good and not-so-good times in filming PLL, some cast members share their own personal reaction to the conclusion of this dramatic journey.

 

It was no surprise when each star agreed that their last table reading of the script gave them a sense of emotional nostalgia.  It was noted that the stars each went back to the same room where they first read the initial pilot when the show first began.

 

Troian Bellisario takes the initiative in elaborating on this emotional event, recalling that there was a collection of people present during the last reading, including some cast members that most of the remaining cast hadn’t seen in forever.

 

“It was hard.  We were saying goodbye”, Bellisario continues, reminiscing on the finale.

 

She additionally notes that stars Shay Mitchell and Ashley Benson showed up to the script reading wearing sunglasses, in an attempt to mask the fact that they were already in emotional distress from the anticipation of the hard-goodbyes that lied ahead of them.

 

So, what’s next?

 

This may be the end of PLL, but it definitely won’t be the end of the celebrities we know and love!

 

Shay Mitchell recently landed a feature film role in the horror movie “Cadaver.”  In this horror-thriller, a disgraced ex-cop and recovering addict (Mitchell) takes the graveyard shift at a hospital, only to discover a brutally murdered corpse.  After this terrifying discovery, she begins witnessing a series of events, all leading up to the biggest evil confrontation of them all.  Shay Mitchell will definitely not disappoint fans in this film, leaving them at the edge of their seats in horror-stricken anticipation!

 

Lucy Hale signed with ICM and also signed with CW series, “Life Sentence,” a dramatic comedy about a young girl who has to deal with all of the decisions she’s made while “living like she was dying,” after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.  Hale never fails to impress her fans with her clever character roles in every event she stars in.  If you love Lucy Hale (I mean, who doesn’t?), then you’ll want to check this out!

 

Torian Bellisario recently wrapped up the Sci-fi film Clarawhere fans will see her starring alongside her husband, Patrick J. Adams.  Also due to release this summer is the film Feed, written by Bellisario when she was 23 about her own personal experiences with an eating disorder.  Due to her Pretty Little Liars schedule, it wasn’t until recently that the film actually became a reality.

 

Ashley Benson is taking a different route after her role in “PLL.”  Benson is planning on partnering with Unibeliever and Feeding America, pledging to share millions of meals to those in need!

 

As for the rest of the cast, there’s no doubt we’ll be seeing a lot of them soon!  It’s been a long and emotional journey, but looking back on all of the memories the cast members now share, it was definitely all worthwhile.
