10. Jake vs. Luke

When: Season 12: Episode 7 ‘Say it Ain’t So’

Luke got very up in arms when Jake refused to recycle his can. You can’t knock his passion. It was one of the less emotional fights on Degrassi, but everyone got a good swing in!

9. Jimmy vs. Sean

“You wanna fight? Then, let’s fight. I’ll meet you in the alley way” 

When: Season 1: Episode 14 ‘Under Pressure’

Okay so the actual fight happens outside, but it starts in the hallway. How could we not include Jimmy fighting Sean over boyish manhood? And things do get interesting when Sean pushes innocent Emma in the heat of the argument.

8. Becky vs. Luke

When: Season 13: Episode 23-24 ‘Unbelievable’

Becky is devastated to discover that her brother, Luke, is part of the group that raped Zoë. Luke makes it worse by blaming Zoë for her own assault. This was brutal.

7. Manny vs. Paige

When: Season 1, Episode 12 ‘Wannabe’

Manny and Paige’s beef goes all the way back. If you know anything about Degrassi Hallway fights you know the best is yet to come from these two.

6. Dallas vs. Ali

Season 12: Episode 32: Bittersweet Symphony (2)

Cam’s suicide was really hard on everyone. This episode showed how different people’s reactions can be. Dallas blamed himself and the people around him. This hallway fight is hard on the heart.

5. Adam vs. Dave

Dave wasn’t winning any awards for his acceptance of Adam’s transgendered journey. Dave resented Adam, bullied him and Adam retaliated.

4. Tristan vs. Maya

When: Season 13: Episode 36 “Out of My Head”

Mr. Yates and Tristan’s secret relationship is brought to light by Maya in an act of friendship. Tristan doesn’t see it that way and is devastated. Friend fights hurt the worst.

3. Alex vs. Emma

Alex picked the wrong day to throw paper at Emma. Between finding Snake’s will and all those other teenage hormones, Emma had enough and jumped her. Fun fact this was the first “girlfight” on the show.
