Top 3 Singles To Hit The Web

Every week, we post three of our favorite new music videos to hit the web so that you can get current with your music whilst enjoying a feast for your ears and eyes. The style and tone may differ somewhat from week to week or video to video, but the awesomeness will remain consistent.  Feel free to do a little shimmy if you feel it’s appropriate … Enjoy!

Kelly Rowland – The Game

It seems like the music world is flooded with world cup flavors this week, so we’ve decided to embrace it in our first pick. This is the first single from Kelly Rowland in a minute, and it follows a young football loving boy living in the favela as he gets to live out his fantasy of scoring a goal in the world cup stadium. It’s also directed by none other than acclaimed filmmaker Spike Lee, which makes it extra worth a watch in our opinion!

Enrique Iglesias feat. Descemer Bueno, Sean Paul, Gente De Zona – Bailando

Bailando’ means ‘dancing’ to all you non Spanish speakers out there, but this video actually features plenty of footage of Enrique and his friends playing soccer as well as the snake hip action that we’ve come to know and love from Enrique. The video is great fun as long as you look somewhere else during the frames featuring Sean Paul. Seriously, his mohawk will make your eyes bleed.

Eric Prydz – Liberate

Eric Prydz, who hasn’t had a mainstream hit since his 2004 smash Call On Me (who could forget all that spandex?), is back with an absolute banger for the summer. It features a young couple getting all mermaid-y (merman-y?) in Lake Minnetonka. They are having so much fun that it’s making us want to strip down and splash around in the nearest body of water like a dog, immediately – and if that just happens to be our bath, then so be it.
