More pickups have been announced and Fall schedules for TV have been set! Finally we can start getting ready for our favorite shows to return and to see which new shows become our faves. We’re giving a run down by network of what we’re most excited about for the upcoming network season.

 

ABC Family

Caroline SunshineThe adorably named actress Caroline Sunshine will be co-starring on Recovery Road as a series regular. The drama centers on Maddie, a party girl high school student who begins to lose control. Sunchine, of Disney’s Shake It Up, will play Emily, Maddie’s best friend who grows concerned for her.

Emma Ishta and Kyle Harris will be Stitchers together in this paranormal romantic drama. The Minority Report-style series focuses on a young woman recruited into by the government to be “stitched” into the minds of the recently deceased, using their recent memories to find out who killed them. Spanish actor Felix Gomez will also join Stitchers as a series regular.

CBS

Stephen KingNerds and other fans rejoice! Iconic horror novelist/literary genius Stephen King willl be making a cameo appearance in the season debut of UNDER THE DOME. Based on a story by King, Dome was the most watched new drama series last year. It features a transparent and foreboding force field that descends upon a small town in the United States, trapping residents inside, cut off from the rest of the world.

iZombie photoMark SheppardThe fun-sounding YA supernatural crime drama iZombie will be replacing the actress in the role of Peyton, the best friend and roommate who doesn’t realize her bestie, ironically named Liv, has become a zombie.

Mark Sheppard, otherwise known as Crowley the King of Hell on Supernatural, will become a series regular. He has played the recurring role since season 5.

 

TV RENEWALS

Jessie promo imageThe Disney Channel will be renewing Jessie for a fourth season. The comedy centers on a Texas teen who moves to New York to pursue her dreams but instead ends up working as a nanny for an upscale couple’s four children.
