2020 is finally nearing its end, and we’re all heaving a collective sigh of relief! But just because the year didn’t exactly go to plan doesn’t mean there weren’t a few good things to come out of it. And on the other hand, quarantine definitely made us appreciate the songs, movies, TV shows, and books that saved us from mind-numbing boredom all that much more. 3.Folklore – Taylor Swift
Taylor’s been busy in quarantine, delivering not one but two surprise albums. This beautiful, heartfelt collection of songs is exactly what Taylor Swift fans needed to get through the year.
4.Dedicated Side B – Carly Rae Jepsen
Here’s another album that carried us through most of quarantine. The killer upbeat tracks like “This Is What They Say” and “Stay Away” got us ready for the summer vibe. The only bummer was there weren’t any dance parties to do them full justice.
5.Positions – Ariana Grande
Ariana Grande’s 2020 brought us through the tail end of the year. She casually announced the release on Twitter in October, resulting in fans losing their minds! Thank god, she delivered!
