About the Album: Many great things come out of Canada including but not limited to hockey, maple syrup and ham. Included in that list should be new indie act Folly & The Hunter.  The band has recently signed with small label Outside Music which seems a perfect paring for their low key but effective folk-rock  tapestry of banjo, piano, guitar, and perfectly placed percussion. Nick Valee’s soft but strength-filled vocals remind of Mumford and Sons but not as forced.

Track Spotlight: “Moth In The Porchlight” is an apt metaphor and new fans will find the music attracts them thusly.
