The inspiration came from stalking my ex on Twitter actually lol. He was posting and making side comments about our relationship. And I felt inclined to be upfront as to why I left. #YAauthorTakeover

Writing #TheGhostQueen was pretty interesting. Remembering and sorting through events and specific moments were the most challenging for me. #YAauthorTakeover

I remember having such a rough time getting through a few chapters because I couldn’t stop crying. It just felt like everything I thought I had completely buried was coming up again, and in that moment I just had to deal with it. #YAauthorTakeover

The idea behind the cover of the book came from my love for music. Music is like therapy for me and I thought it would be fun to craft a concept surrounding the idea. #YAauthorTakeover

I’ve always enjoyed writing, so much that I quit my job to pursue writing full time. It wasn’t until the pandemic hit that I really took this writing gig more seriously which birthed my debut book #TheGhostQueen #YAauthorTakeover
