Star Wars: The Bad Batch is coming to Disney+

The brand new trailer and key art have finally been released for Star Wars: The Bad Batch! Star Wars: The Bad Batch is an animated series that will make its debut on Disney+ May 4th (also known as Star Wars day) with a 70-minute premiere. Following the premiere, episodes will come out every Friday starting on May 7th.

The synopsis of the show states that  Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army—each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.”

The animated series will be executive produced by Dave Filoni, Athena Portillo, Brad Rau and Jennifer Corbett.  Carrie Beck is the co-executive producer and Josh Rimes is the producer. Brad Rau is also the supervising director with Jennifer Corbett as the head writer.  

The trailer is filled with action, surprises, and much more. It is sure to be an extremely action-packed and exciting show.  We are also able to see the quintet of clones also known as the Clone Force 99 introduced in the trailer. And they’re showing off their trademark skills. The key art that came out along with the trailer is extremely intense as well. So intense in fact, it creates more anticipation around the release of the series. It features the Clone Force 99 front and center. As they are standing in the midst of a very chaotic and eventful moment.

The trailer and key art made us even that much more excited to finally watch StarWars: The Bad Batch. Make sure to watch it when it comes out on Disney+ May 4th!
