Every week, we post three of our favorite new music videos to hit the web so that you can get current with your music whilst enjoying a feast for your ears and eyes.  The style and tone may differ somewhat from week to week or video to video, and between young musicians and old, but the awesomeness will remain consistent.  Feel free to do a little shimmy if you feel it’s appropriate … Enjoy!

Hilary Duff “All About You”

Hilary is getting lovestruck and just a little bit stalky in this video from her new album.  It’s pop with a splash of country music thrown, and the choreography in the video reflects that.  It starts with her meeting a mystery man at a coffee shop and resolving to track him down.  After she drives her girls around in a seriously pimpy Mercedes to a dance party by the LA river, she gets her happy ending.  Of course.  Check out the video below and let us know what you think!

Alison Wonderland “Cold”

New artist Alison Wonderland is out with a new track that’s accompanied by a video of her getting in amongst it in a rave gone awry.  It’s a pretty mesmerizing/far-out scene shot in black and white, which suits the syncopated beat, although we don’t think we’d like to be there!  The song is pretty listenable though, check it out and let us know what you think:

Kiev “Be Gone Dull Cage”

This is a pretty great song from Orange County formed rocked band Kiev, which, as far as we can tell, features them exploring a prehistoric world riding, erm, bongos.  The off the wall video is a great accompaniment for the super relaxed, trippy and complex feel of the song.   We’re big fans of both the song and video; check them out below:
